Roles and Responsibilities of VACSB Executive Director’s Forum
- Functions to provide leadership, decision-direction, and consensus building for policy and procedural matters for VACSB.
- Collaborates with DBHDS on terms and conditions of the CSB-BHA/DBHDS Performance Contract;
- Identifies issues requiring attention and action on the part of the Association and provides recommendations to the Executive Committee and Board, as appropriate;
- Serves as a forum for Executive Directors to learn of issues, developments, plans, and strategies to address issues of concern to the Association and to individual Boards.
