Database Analyst Senior (FT)
|Seeking an individual to work primarily with the information services, quality management and fiscal services staff to ensure data integrity and security, develop and maintain management reports using SSRS and to focus on database administration and analysis.|
|Maintains application software and configures software as required. Provides help desk support for application software to 200+ end users. Instrumental in implementing electronic health record (EHR) software applications and regulatory requirements across all departments. Develops and maintains documentation on all databases, database software, business processes, and extracted data as required by health care regulations. Identifies, designs, develops, tests and implements views within the EHR software application through development tools. Participates in user acceptance testing for software applications.|
|Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; flexing of work schedule may be necessary.|
|Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred or progressive experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Proven ability to administer changes to EHR software. Experience with supporting users and managing multiple projects in a timely manner. Strong ability to understand and document complex system processes and relate them to end users in non-technical terms. Knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server and/or other relational database systems. High skill level with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint and Project. SQL Server Reports and/or Tableau a plus. Proven organizational and analytical skills. Must be able to manage day-to-day duties while participating actively in new implementations. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
