Outreach Coordinator – Virginia Disaster Assistance Team The Virginia Disaster Assistance Team was established to provide short-term disaster support to individuals and communities impacted by Hurricane Helene in the Highlands Community Services catchment area. The federally funded grant program is designed to address the behavioral health needs of disaster survivors through community-based outreach, crisis interventions, public education, resource and referral linkages. Position Specifics Location: Washington County, VA and surrounding area Status: Full-time temporary with a commitment up to one (1) year; Non-exempt Schedule: Flexible days and hours to include remote options. Compensation: $25.00 – Commensurate with education/experience. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED.
