SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing an assigned caseload of clients having long-term mental illness and for assessing client needs, developing, implementing and reviewing service plans, and working with other community resources in meeting/achieving client service needs.

  • A combination of mental health work experience or relevant education, and training which indicates the possession of knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform essential job duties
  • A Bachelor’s Degree earned from an accredited college or university in a relevant human services field
  • At least one year experience required to meet Qualified Mental Health Professional DMAS specifications
