TYPE OF WORK: Provides direct services designed to promote community inclusion and independence to individuals residing in agency operated sponsored residential homes and/or individuals with developmental disabilities and/or serious mental illnesses participating in other CFS programs. Works with family members, other care givers, other staff, and natural community resources as indicated in the individual service plans to ensure appropriate services are delivered. This position may provide assisted living supports, respite, and/or crisis supervision services.
Includes mileage to/from clients home, clinical supervision, and ability to work with a team of clinicians and case managers to provide the best possible services to our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS: HS diploma required, experience working with children required. Bachelor’s degree in human services field preferred.
SALARY DETAILS: $15/hour
