Primarily responsible for supervising part and full-time Direct Support Technician staff within the Community Options Program/Chesapeake Vocational Center (COP/CVC).
Conduct staff meetings, and completes employee performance evaluations.
Monitor all aspects of service delivery by DST throughout the day within a variety of settings (e.g. community and center based services).
Work professionally within a multidisciplinary team, which consists of the individuals that are served at the (COP/CVC), caretakers, supervises, coworkers, case managers, stakeholders, etc.
Serves as a designee for Vocational Services Program Supervisor when applicable.
Oversee and ensure implementation of consumer plans in compliance with Medicaid Waiver standards, licensure standards for assigned caseload.
Assist the VSPS with program supervision and service delivery, monitoring program’s budget, line items which involves Medicaid revenues as it relates to consumer client attendance, monitoring program expenditures to not exceed budgeted amounts and assist in monitoring petty cash expenditures.
Monitor and assist with the facility maintenance safety, supplies and service delivery. Maintain consumer incident log and ensure compliance of the CSB’s reporting of incidents.
