Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; one year of experience in food service; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Current valid driver’s license and good driving record required. Based on the Virginia DMV point system, record must not reflect a total of six or more demerit points within the twenty-four months preceding the anticipated hire date, or one major violation of six demerit points within the preceding thirty-six months. Out of state driving records must be obtained by applicant and presented at time of interview. Records must reflect at least three years of history and be dated within thirty days of interview date. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required.  Duties Provide supports in a 12 bed Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID), cleaning; cooking; preparing meals from dietitian approved menus; floor care; sweeping; mopping; cleaning restrooms; washing, drying, and folding laundry; disinfecting rooms; cleaning kitchen; washing dishes; basic home care. Shift One: 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; Tuesdays and Fridays 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; Thursdays Shift Two: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; Wednesdays and Fridays 10:00 a.m. –  10:00 p.m.; Thursdays
