Direct Support Professional - Day (3072) (Full Time)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides quality care, training, support and supervision to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a center-based or community-based program. Hours of the program may include weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Monitors and maintains the safety and wellness of individuals. Provides a wide array of activities and experiences that will enhance the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Provides recreation and socialization to individuals in a variety of community settings. Provides transportation for community activities. Maintains individual records and documentation according to all applicable standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: High school diploma or equivalent
M2: Valid driver’s license
Preferred Requirements
P1: Experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities
P2: Experience working specifically with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$29,443 – $46,259
