Human Resources Generalist (5036) (Full Time)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and other supervisors within the human resources division; assists with administering benefits; assists with the maintenance of the building and grounds, alarm system, and office equipment at 245 Hairston Street; serves as a back-up front desk receptionist; assists with designing and presenting in-service training to employees on human resources related topics; performs special projects, research, and surveys; demonstrates a high degree of initiative and exercises independent judgment within assigned area of responsibility; maintains strict confidentiality; and exercises discretion in all communications.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: Associate’s Degree in Administrative Support Technology or similar field
Preferred Requirements
P1: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
P2: Administrative support professional experience
P3: Experience in human resource office setting
P4: Microsoft Office experience
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$34,403 – $54,301
