Maintenance Technician – Building and Grounds (3026)

RESPONSIBILITIES Is responsible for maintenance of facilities, grounds, and equipment owned or leased by the agency; performs basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry operations; coordinates the use of outside vendors and ensures repairs are complete; inspects building and grounds for cleanliness and assists in maintaining the agency’s professional appearance; maintains inventory of tools/materials and ensures routine maintenance of equipment; drives Agency vehicles; and other assigned duties.     REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements M1: High school diploma or equivalent M2: Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record M3: Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance   Preferred Requirements P1: Prior experience performing basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry operations   Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.  Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.   ANNUAL SALARY RANGE $29,443 – $46,259 Excellent Fringe Benefits   APPLY AT: WWW.DPCS.ORG **PLEASE INCLUDE RESUME WHEN APPLYING**
