Maintenance Technician - Buildings and Grounds (3026)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Is responsible for maintenance of facilities, grounds, and equipment owned or leased by the agency; performs basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry operations; coordinates the use of outside vendors and ensures repairs are complete; inspects building and grounds for cleanliness and assists in maintaining the agencys professional appearance; maintains inventory of tools/materials and ensures routine maintenance of equipment; drives Agency vehicles; and other assigned duties.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: High school diploma or equivalent.
M2: Valid drivers license with a safe driving record.
M3: Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
Preferred Requirements
P1: Prior experience performing basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry operations.
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will berequired upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$37,090 – $64,908
