RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets and directs all Individuals receiving services and visitors, and guides them to the appropriate service queue; triage to assess consumer needs and urgency providing each consumer with support in completing paperwork and appointment tasks, including but not limited to intake paperwork, updating contact and other information; informing individuals receiving services to services that the Agency provides; manage staff queues; inform individuals receiving services waiting for services with apprised  wait times and what to expect; notifies clinical staff of individuals receiving services arrival. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Requirements
  
M1:
  High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Requirements
P1:
  Associates degree preferred.
P2:
  Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges preferred.
P3:
  Customer service experience preferred.

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:
$24,669 – $38,852  Excellent fringe benefits
