PACT Clinical Manager #4241
Assists in ensuring the day to day operations of the PACT program, staff training, and supervision; including selection, performance evaluations, and discipline of selected PACT Team members; assesses, plans, develops, coordinates and provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses under the clinical supervision of the team leader and the psychiatrist. Functions as a clinical member of the multidisciplinary team and provides treatment, rehabilitation and support services. Assists individuals with weekly medication bag/box fills.
Delivers medication to the homes of individuals per morning/evening medication runs on a rotating basis. Serves as a certified prescreener for emergency hospitalizations. Participates in on-call rotation. Assumes role of team leader in the absence of the PACT Coordinator.
Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work that includes coursework for licensure by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner in Virginia required. Successful completion of the graduate level coursework required from the licensing board to begin licensure supervision/residency must be documented on the graduate degree transcript and provided upon request
Two years’ experience within the past seven years providing services to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Must be approved and registered with the appropriate board for licensure supervision as an LPC, LCSW, LCP, or LSATP within six months of hire
Must obtain professional licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LCP, or LSATP in Virginia within six months of completing supervision/residency M6:
Must have, or be eligible to obtain, certification as a pre-screener for emergency hospitalization in Virginia within six months of hire
Virginia licensed as an LPC, LCSW, LCP, or LSATP
Experience working the PACT Model
Experience with crisis intervention
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$40,626 – $63,989
$5,000 Sign on Bonus
15% Increase for Licensure
7% Increase for Resident/Supervisee
