PACT Clinical Manager #4241
Assists in ensuring the day to day operations of the PACT program, staff training, and supervision; including selection, performance evaluations, and discipline of selected PACT Team members; assesses, plans, develops, coordinates and provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses under the clinical supervision of the team leader and the psychiatrist. Functions as a clinical member of the multidisciplinary team and provides treatment, rehabilitation and support services. Assists individuals with weekly medication bag/box fills. Delivers medication to the homes of individuals per morning/evening medication runs on a rotating basis. Serves as a certified prescreener for emergency hospitalizations. Participates in on-call rotation. Assumes role of team leader in the absence of the PACT Coordinator.
M1: Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social work required (the degree should be acceptable by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a sufficient Master’s degree to be licensure eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LCP).
M2: Two years’ experience within the past seven years providing services to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness.
M3: Valid Drivers’ license and safe driving record
M4: Must be approved and registered with the appropriate board for licensure supervision as an LPC, LCSW, or LCP within 6 months of hire.
P1: Licensure as LPC, LCP, or LCSW.
P2: Supervisory experience.
P3: Experience working the PACT Model.
P4: Experience with crisis intervention.
P5: Leadership experience.
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:
$40,626 – $63,989 $5000 Sign on Bonus
10% Increase for Licensure Excellent fringe benefits.
