Program Manager – Developmental Residential Services
The purpose of this position is to provide staff supervision and program oversight of the Developmental Disability Residential Service program(s). This position works collaboratively as part of the Developmental Team at Highlands Community Services (HCS) in planning and providing required services and to aid in the Department/Agency’s goals and objectives.
Position Specifics:
Location: Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-time, Exempt, Monday-Friday (on call for emergencies)
Compensation: $44,500 – Commensurate with education/experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services or related field; Master’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years of related experience.
