- Implement and review as needed an integrated agency wide risk management program to ensure the safety of individuals, employees, and visitors.
- Conducting systemic risk assessment reviews.
- Identify and respond to practices, situations, and policies that could result in the risk or harm to individuals.
- Develop and coordinate a quality improvement plan that defines the steps to review and manage initiatives to improve the quality of services.
- Participates in investigations and root cause analysis as needed.
- Supervision of QA department.
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or health information systems.
- Documentation experience working in an electronic records system.
- Master’s degree
- QMHP
- Familiarity with DMAS and DBHDS licensing requirements for services provided by a community services board.
