Relief Staff - Day Services #3374
Provides quality care, training, support and supervision to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a day services program. Provide Group Day (center base services), Community Engagement and Community Coaching (providing intensive one to one behavior support). Monitors and maintains the safety and wellness of individuals. Assist in implementation of the Individual Service Plan with documentation. Assists with monitoring health and personal care needs. Works on an as needed basis and is assigned a work location based on staffing needs.
M1: High school diploma or GED
M2: Valid driver’s license
M3: Able to physically push wheelchairs, assist with transfers, and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
P1: Experience working with individuals with a developmental disability and specifically with individuals with intellectual disabilities
P2: Experience with providing personal care
P3: Experience with documentation/paperwork
P4: CPR and/ First Aid and Medication Training and/or Therapeutic Options
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.
