Van Driver - Contract #4316
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides transportation services for clients and/or clients and their children participating in Behavioral Health Services; maintains a safe/controlled environment within the van while transporting participants; conduct routine interior and exterior vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness; maintain necessary documentation of all trips made.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
HOURLY RATE RANGE
$14.15 – $24.77
