Early Intervention Assistant
Join the Early Intervention Team at HCS and help infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays to achieve their goals in cognitive, social/emotional, communicative, adaptive, and physical development. This vital position provides direct services under the Part C coaching model that helps young children and their families to learn many key skills and catch up in their development. This position often works closely with speech/language therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and the child’s Service Coordinator to ensure that the child’s and family’s needs are met.
Position Specifics
Location: Hillman Highway Office – Abingdon, VA
Status: Part-Time (30 – 39 hours), Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $16.00– Commensurate with education/experience.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Experience: Three (3) years clinical experience preferred.
