As the Full-Time Recovery and Collection Supervisor at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely collection of CSB receivables. To excel as the Full-Time Recovery and Collection Supervisor at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in medical billing and collections, or alternatively, five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in relevant software and tools is essential for effective management of receivables and reporting duties. Additionally, previous supervisory experience is preferred to effectively lead and mentor a team of collection professionals. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently are crucial for success in this role.
