Early Childhood Case Manager #3376
RESPONSIBILITIES Under professional supervision of the Director of Early Childhood Services, the Early Childhood Case Manager provides assessment, linkage, and advocacy services to individuals from birth to age three with a developmental delay, atypical development, or diagnosed disabling condition recognized by the Part C Early Intervention system. The Early Childhood Case Manager will act as primary facilitator in the coordination and integration of services for assigned caseload; develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs); complete required documentation; and comply with all regulations applicable to program services. Applies generally prescribed standard practices over a wide range of procedures with some latitude for decision making.
REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements M1: Must have Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Human Services related field, or any discipline or profession listed under Part C Personnel Standards OR Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in Virginia M2: Must complete Early Intervention Training Modules, apply for, and obtain Early Intervention Case Manager certification within two months of hire M3:Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE $43,722 – $76,514 5% Increase for Certified Early Intervention Professional Excellent Fringe Benefits
