Credentialing and Collections Specialist
The purpose of this position is to work collaboratively as part of the Reimbursement Team at Highlands Community Services (HCS) with a concentration in providing credentialing and third-party collections to aid in the Department/Agency’s goals and objectives.
Position Specifics:
Location: Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $21.00 – Commensurate with education/experience
Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Four (4) years related experience required. Virginia Medicaid/MCO and Medical Credentialing experience preferred.
