Care Coordinator (4320)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides individual, family, and group counseling to children, adolescents, and their families; provides clinical assessments including
Virginia Independent Clinical Assessments, intakes, and develops treatment plans; works with referrals from local Court Service Units and
Family Assessment and Services Teams; provides community education, consultation, and emergency services.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or other approved Human Services degree
M2: Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$49,631 – $86,028
5% Increase for Qualified Mental Health Professional
Shift Differential: $2.00 for 2nd Shift, $3.00 for 3rd Shift
