Crisis Stabilization Specialist – LE/Clinician – Highlands Harbor
Highlands Harbor is a brand-new, crisis stabilization program that provides an alternative to hospitalization. Highlands Harbor offers an overnight, non-hospital setting that focuses on individualized care for those experiencing psychiatric/substance use crisis including detox. This brand-new program has the capacity of a 12-bed unit in a newly renovated building.
This vital and rewarding position promotes an alternative to psychiatric inpatient treatment for individuals with a mental illness. Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy, crisis interventions assessments, and substance use treatment through this opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Position Specifics:
Location: Crisis Services Office – Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-time, Exempt, Sunday – Wednesday, 8:30am – 6:30pm
Compensation: $51,500 (Licensed Eligible)/$55,000 (Licensed) – Commensurate with education and experience.
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00
Education: Master’s degree eligible to seek Licensure for Supervision in Virginia or LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Experience: One-year clinical experience
