We are seeking a committed professional to fill a full-time Senior Finance Manager position supporting our mission and services. This role plays a vital part in delivering quality outcomes and serving our community.
Responsibilities
Provides oversight to agency’s daily fiscal operations. Prepares and maintains financial records to track the organizations assets, liabilities, and revenue activities. Performs accounting duties in accordance with policies and procedures while maintaining internal controls and segregation of duties. The position requires the ability to effectively communicate with others, manage a variety of tasks and be able to help team members meet deadlines in a timely manner. In addition, the position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong spreadsheet and financial software skills, the capacity for handling a high-volume workflow that may involve competing demands and the ability to adapt to new work procedures as well as maintaining confidentiality.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business related field required in Accounting or Finance.
At least five years of related accounting and supervisory experience.
Master’s degree in an applicable discipline and/or a CPA preferred.
Valid Driver’s License with a point balance of -6 or higher.
Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
Knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting.
Availability to analyze and interpret financial data at a detailed level.
Ability to interact with and supervise all levels of personnel
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
Annually Salary Range
Grade S-N13-$100,000.00 – $115,500.00.
