Transitional Program Supervisor - Sign on Bonus
We are offering a great opportunity for a full time Transitional Program Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Provides clinical administration, clinical oversight and direct supervision to the Mental Health Skill Building (MHSB) staff/program and Residential Specialists at Ellis Square Supervised Living Program, in Dinwiddie, VA. Ensure compliance and quality of services in implementation and on-going programming for Transitional Housing for individuals being discharged from state facilities per agreement with DBHDS.
Requirements
M1: Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Human Services, or related field.
M2: Licensed Eligible as a mental health professional (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHP or LCP) with the Board of Health Professionals in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
M3: Three (3) years position related experience in the supervision and administration of mental health services to adults with serious mental illness.
M3: Valid Driver’s License with a point balance of -6 or higher.
Preferred
P1: Licensed as a mental health professional (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHP or LCP) with the Board of Health Professionals in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
P2: Five (5) years position related experience in the supervision and administration of mental health services to adults with serious mental illness.
P3: Certified Pre-screener.
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
Annual Salary Range
Grade S-C12
$72,824.00 – $84,961.00
$5,000 Sign on Bonus
