Behavior Intervention Specialist Gain valuable experience working in a mentoring role with at-risk children and youth. Make a difference by providing the support needed to help meet their social, emotional, and academic challenges. This position focuses on building positive and trusting relationships with parents and assists youth by building upon their strengths via teaching social skills, anger management, coping skills, and alternative behaviors that promote positive self-esteem, improved overall functioning, and success.
