Case Manager – Permanent Supportive Housing
Aid in providing vital support services to consumers in the Supportive Housing Program to resolve homelessness and to achieve permanent housing stability. This position gives you the opportunity for meaningful, hands-on work alongside community partners for greater continuity of care.
Position Specifics
Location: Main Campus – Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday, On-Call Hours
Compensation: $19.50 – Commensurate with education/experience; On-call responsibilities with additional pay.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services or related field or a bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with 15 hours human services related credits.
Experience: Two years’ experience with at least one-year clinical experience required.
