Case Manager – Permanent Supportive Housing Aid in providing vital support services to consumers in the Supportive Housing Program to resolve homelessness and to achieve permanent housing stability. This position gives you the opportunity for meaningful, hands on work alongside community partners for greater continuity of care. Position Specifics Location: Abingdon, VA Status: Full-time, Non-exempt, Monday-Friday, On-call hours Compensation: $16.87 – Commensurate with education/experience, on-call responsibilities with additional pay.
