CASE MANAGER, REGION 1 ADULT MOBILE CRISIS - RAPPAHANNOCK AREA CSB (FULL TIME)
Applicants must live in the catchment area for which they are applying. The Adult Mobile Crisis Case Manager – QMHP-A will be located in the Rappahannock Area CSB catchment area and will provide mobile crisis responses to these homes and community settings. Mobile crisis response will include assessing crisis situations and providing de-escalation and support for the individual in crisis. The Case Manager will have ongoing support and clinical guidance from a licensed supervisor. This is a work-from-home position serving the Rappahannock Area CSB catchment areas and requires the Case Manager to work with their area CSB as well as other providers to meet the needs of their co-locations.
This position does require travel for mobile crisis responses, and occasional training and meetings,(i.e., successful completion and receipt of background clearances, including fingerprint background check, drug screening & satisfactory references). Current hours of operation are M-F 11:30a-7:30p, but shifts will adjust once teams are filled. Starting salary of $20.02-$22.02/hour based on education and experience.
