This position works closely with the Program Director to support the overall quality and effectiveness of crisis programming while helping strengthen clinical services across the department.
Responsibilities include assisting with clinical audits, ensuring quality and compliance of documentation, completion of service authorizations, and supporting clinical staff in strengthening interventions and clinical care provided within crisis services. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leadership, collaboration, and investing in the growth and success of others.

Position Specifics:
Location: Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Compensation: $70,000 Licensed Eligible/$75,000 Licensed – Commensurate with education/experience.
Education: Master’s degree eligible to seek Licensure for Supervision in Virginia.
Credentialing: Active license in Virginia as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC & Virginia Pre-Screener Certification required.
Experience: Five (5) years’ clinical experience required. Experience supervising staff and experience completing chart reviews and state reporting in Crisis Services preferred.
