As a clinician in our Louisa Counseling Center, you would be providing outpatient therapy for people struggling with mental health and/or substance use issues. You would be part of the outpatient team but also work with other programs in our location that provide case management, crisis services, mental health skill building, psycho-social rehabilitation, and medication management. You would likely serve both adults and youth but that can be discussed. Most of the counseling would be individual but group work is possible.
This position requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work or a degree leading toward state licensure. The Clinician II position is for those who are licensed eligible, and the Clinician III is for someone who is licensed.
This is a Full-Time position with benefits that include health insurance, retirement (Virginia Retirement System), and holiday, annual, and sick leave.

Schedule: 40 hours weekly (Monday through Friday) Flexible to accommodate client needs, including evenings as necessary.
