The Senior Community Services Associate offers instruction in daily living skills, provides assistance obtaining community resources, monitoring of psychiatric status, assists with medication management and implementing individual service plans. Applicants must meet certification as Qualified Mental Health Professional – Adult (QMHP – Adult) as set forth by Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. Starting salary of 18.20 with shift differentials for weekends and evenings. Negotiable.
