Group Home Assistant Director (3006)
3rd Shift available
Work every other weekend
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in all aspects of facility operations; staff training and supervision including selection, performance, evaluations, and discipline; gathering of baseline date; assessment, development, and implementation of individual training programs; development and monitoring of work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times; liaison with other agencies; ordering and maintain food and facility supplies; and participation in activities of daily living as scheduled for individuals. Applies generally prescribed standard practices over a wide range of procedures with some latitude of decision making. Functions without direct oversight in accordance with standard operating procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: High School diploma or equivalent
M2: Must have combined training and/or experience indicating possession of the preceding knowledge, skills, and abilities
M3: Valid driver’s license
Preferred Requirements
P1: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field or Bachelor’s Degree in related field with at least 15 credit hours of coursework in human services
OR
Registered Nurse with a valid Registered Nurse license to practice in Virginia
P2: Supervisory experience
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$37,090 – $58,657
Shift Differential: $2.00 2nd shift, $3.00 3rd shift
