We are seeking a Reimbursement Manager whose purpose is to work collaboratively as part of the Fiscal team at Highlands Community Services (HCS) in planning and providing leadership in reimbursement functions to aid in the attainment of the Department/Agency’s goals and objectives.
Position Specifics
Location: Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-time, Exempt, Monday – Friday
Compensation: Commensurate with education/experience
Education: Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Five (5) years related experience in supervision in addition to experience in a highly complex financial system, Virginia Medicaid and Medicaid MCOs and insurance credentialing.
